This hotel was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The photos online are totally misleading, and what you see is not what you get.
When we arrived, our room was filthy. There was an old apple under the bed and leftover personal items from previous guests — clearly, the room had not been properly cleaned. Even worse, the bed sheets were stained yellow, and it took us two full days of repeated requests just to get clean ones.
The room also had multiple broken features, including a broken closet door, a non-working light fixture, and a malfunctioning ceiling fan/light combo. We reported all of this right away and were promised maintenance, a deep clean, extra towels, and more coffee — but none of it ever happened, even after bringing the issues to multiple managers.
We had five registered guests, yet housekeeping consistently left only four towels and one regular/one decaf coffee pod. Our repeated requests for more were ignored.
What they don’t tell you before you book is that the hotel is under renovation. This isn’t mentioned on the website or during booking. As a result, the main pool was closed almost daily, and when open, it was overcrowded, with very limited shaded seating. On top of that, guests are forced to leave for frequent pool breaks, making it hard to enjoy any time there.
The “waterpark” is tiny — way smaller than the photos suggest.
Beware of booking here !! Almost $100/day in parking and resort fees for a hardly functioning hotel.
