Cleanliness can be improved
Not too far a walk from Shinsaibashi station. Room was okay, toilet was not in very good condition and the blow dryer had a lot of dust inside. Bath tub handle was broken as well. I liked the bouncy bed and the location was great as it was near Dotombori.

Location, location.
Location, location. A short walk to Dotombori and every street you walk down has something going on. In the heart of the dining and clubbing area, but when in your room you wouldn’t know it.

This place was appalling. First, it's a Japanese love hotel, which means you can book in 2 hour slots... I was not aware of this when I first viewed this hotel. The bathroom was not clean at all.. when I brought this up with reception they told me it couldn't be helped... They can't even come and give it another clean?? When I replied :( via the 'are you happy with your check-in' email, they wrote the complaints had been resolved when it hadn't, and wrote I had a problem with the view, which I didn't. It's a complete game to them to keep my money. I don't think this hotel should be on this website. I didn't stay in the end, I just took the train back home to Tokyo a day early. 0/10 - Disgusting service.

The perfect room in shinsaibashi.
Had a jacuzzi tub and shower. Lots of bathroom accessories to use. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom area was divided into bathing area, toilet area and dressing areas. Close to Dotombori and shinsaibashi.

Perfect hotel for tourists visiting Osaka
The hotel is only minutes away from the subway station and the busiest Totonbori area. The room is clean and the staffs are very helpful. We highly recommend it.

Great cozy hotel at a great location. If you want piece and quiet and a place to relax after a few hours of fun in Dotonbori,(3-5 minutes walking distance) this hotel is a gem! The room (on the 9th floor) we got was also excellent and very modern. Has a nice view of Osaka. The bathroom has both a tub (with a "splashproof" TV!) and also the typical Japanese shower that drains right on the tiled floor. They served us breakfast that we selected the time for morning delivery right to our room. Very friendly and respectful staff. Definitely a hidden gem that we would go back next time we go to Osaka and the Dotonbori area.

Walking distance to mall, Dotonbori, etc
22 minutes walk from the hotel to the Osaka City of Air Terminal (OCT), 10 minute to Dotonbori, 15 minutes to Daimaru mall. However you need to use taxi from Kansai or Italian airport. Staff Betty friendly and tried their best to help us even though they speak little English. We appreciate their help.

nice hotel near shopping area
Have stayed for 4 nights, it is a very convenient hotel, which located so close to shopping area. I strongly recommend for shopaholics. Some said it is a love hotel, but everything just doing fine and my parents didn't complains about it. Breakfast was included in my booking, fair food. Rooms is relatively larger than other hotels in JP.

Roomy Getaway in the Heart of Dotonbori
Only a few signs this is (or was?) a love motel. My unaware Chinese wife never noticed and loved the place. Be careful not to confuse this hotel with the Kanade in Namba. Also due to a recent name change you will not find it easily on Google maps. The rooms are ginormous by J standards. The bathroom is actually three separate rooms including a sit down Japanese shower and Jacuzzi. The friendly front desk speak adequate English and an included Japanese breakfast is served until 10am. I loved that I was able to open a window. If I return will gladly stay again.

Hotel is in a great location to food and entertainment but a 15min walk to JR train station. Dated and qawdy decoration. Breakfast area small so luck of the draw if you get a table but had no problem when we went. Reception varied from poor to no English speaking ability. Would chose different hotel next visit to Osaka.

Nice Hotel
The location is close to dining and shopping districts (Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori Shopping Center) but a bit far from the train station. The room was great and complete with all the amenities. While the accommodation includes breakfast, the menu is limited to three choices and the dining area is crowded so breakfast has to be scheduled to accommodate all guests. Overall, a great place to stay.

The hotel was very good, It was confusing at first because the hotel had changed names to Hotel Kanade and this wasn't notified on the website. Besides that. The stay was good, Staff were helpful, I was able to send deliveries ahead of time and they were more than willing to accept it. The Bathroom was amazing, it was huge, and water pressure was great, with lots of products provided; Soap, Shampoo, facial wash etc. The Mattress i must say was a little too soft for my liking, but that is personal preference. I would definitely stay here again!

"Love hotel", make no mistake, good location
First off, this is a "love hotel", which means it's used to house trysts, adult weekends, prostos, and other such activity, so I'm incredibly disappointed that hotels.com allowed me to book this hotel without proper warning. Anyhow, that aside, the hotel has a general "cheesy p-rn" feel, they gave me a smoking room, the front are provides discrete checkout via a machine (sketchy), and you'll definitely be gawked at when leaving for activities. Service was decent, they provided breakfast, and the men with prostos in the elevators was entertaining. Good location in the heart of everything, particularly the clubs and night time establishments.

Amazing location and great hotel interior
This is the best hotel we stayed at in japan for our trip, you don't need a subway you are walking distance to dotonbori and the shopping areas. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were very spacious. Western style rooms. If we come to osaka area we are staying here again :)

Because I have stayed here before, I feel that it is very good, so I choose this hotel again when I come to Osaka this time. I booked a deluxe double room, but this time I don’t know if it’s because of the separation problem. Both my partner and I feel that the room is smaller than the previous room of the same type. The bed is also very, very soft this time, because I stayed for 9 nights in a row , It makes me feel sore and backache. However, the room is still slightly larger than hotels in the same area, and it is clean and comfortable. But I don’t know why hotels always turn off the light in my room at about 11 am every day(every day). Sometimes it will turn on the light soon, and sometimes I need to call the front desk to ask the staff for help before turning on the light again. The first one or two days I was so scared of the time the lights were turned off, I was in the bathroom and it freaked me out, because I stayed 9 nights so by the end I was kind of used to it and was just guessing when the lights would turn off and when they would come back on again. In addition, the hotel requires that the notice of cleaning the room be pasted on the door before 3 p.m. to clean the room. Although I posted it on the door on time one day, they didn't clean my room. I wonder if it was because they was too busy? The hotel staff's English is not very good, but they are also polite and have smiling. They still try their best to communicate with the guests, and they can also use Googl

今回はイマイチな感じでした。
受付の方の対応は、まあ普通でした。 広くて値段の高い部屋を選びましたが、他の部屋と比べると若干狭い感じがしました。 部屋に入ると蒸し暑かったですが、クーラーの効きが良くすぐに涼しくなりました。 お風呂とトイレは臭い匂いがしました。 トイレの排水はボタンが壊れていて、自動で流してくれるのを使うしかなかったです。 今回の部屋はハズレでした。
