"Général: Hôtel en rénovation, l’eau avait été coupée et il a fallu faire couler l’eau du robinet pour qu’elle soit claire. Malheureusement il n’y avait pas de bouteille d’eau de disponible dans l’hôtel. Staff: Excellent service au Front Desk, il y avait 6 clients qui attendait pour s’enregistrer et la personne au comptoir était seule. Le préposé a géré la situation avec professionnalisme, calme et gentillesse. Propreté: Il y des couverts et ustensiles de disponible dans la chambre mais il faut les vérifier attentivement, ça un couteau avait seulement été essuyé et non lavé. Il y avait des traces d’un aliment collant dessus."

"Everything was immaculate from the lobby to the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was a challenge. The hotel charges 50.00 per night which is a little excessive."

"Just a spectacular hotel! Friendly staff, lovely lobby, bar with good food, clean rooms, free parking all at a very reasonable price. I always try and stay at this hotel when I travel to Ottawa, regardless of where my meetings are. I’ve yet to try the golf course, but it looks spectacular!"
