“We called the front office about a noise complaint, there were people with a big dog staying in the room above ours, for house we just heard footsteps, furniture moving, dog barking and footsteps. We called the next morning asking for a different room and was told if there was a complaint they would talk to them. “Clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Various food options near the hotel. On-site parking is easy. Quick access to nice beaches including Steamer's lane, Pleasure point, and Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Hot tub is hard to be a big advantage, too small and no view. Overall, deserves a high score.”

Staff was great at check-in and i like that its so private that you don't really see anyone unless you need something and questions are answered immediately.
