“Staff was lazy. Would hide in a room behind the check in area. Rooms are out dated and had dirty carpets! I won’t ever stay here again.”

“호텔이 감각적이고 깨끗하며 예뻐요. ”

“This is a very charming hotel. The decor surpassed my expectations and the staff is so welcoming, kind and helpful. Breakfast was the cherry on the top. We didn't use the pool bit it looked super clean as was the rest of the installation. Everything was spotless, from the linens to the bathroom and everything in the room. Kudos to the manager for keeping this place like a castle. Definitely will go back to this hotel next time we visit Santa Barbara. Oh! And the beach is a block away. Just...

“1. The property or staff was not up to Hyatt Standard. I have had better quality stay at Hyatt Place and Motel 6. 2. The balcony furniture is weathered 3. Room furniture is tired 4. Water and ice machines do not operate 5. Misinformation at check in. 6. Poor service at restaurant. Interacted with waiter at ordering and that was the last. We walked out and left our room number. 7. Time to move management out and bring in new managers”

“전체적으로는 훌륭했으나, 같은 가격대에 바다가 보이는 다른 숙소들을 추천합니다.”
