"Great, newer hotel with nice amenities, super friendly staff, clean rooms and nice balconies and patio area to hang out and visit. Walking distance to funk zone, beach and State St and wharf. Reasonable price for Santa Barbara compared to other hotels in the area for 2x the price."

"The location was good, about 2 blocks from the beach and about 3/4 of a mile from Stearns Wharf. The room was a good size, the AC worked well during the 96 degree heat. The continental breakfast was very convenient with a good variety of quality items. The walls for the rooms should have better insulation. We could hear the loud TV from the adjacent room."

"Near the ocean but no view from our room. The advertisement is deceptive. Only a few room have a ocean view. When I inquired about it we were told it was Expedia's issue. All I know is on solution was offered. Other than the view it's a nice property. Walking distance to restaurants, beach and pier. Only valet parking $40 per night. Others got amenities i.e. wine that wasn't available through Expedia booking."

"The location is excellent! Great proximity to the beach and eateries, all within walking distance. The common area balcony provides great views of the ocean, beach, sunset and sunrise. However, the in-room amenities are lacking: sliver thin soap, no counter space in bathroom, no in-room coffee, no microwave, no bathroom door lock, bathroom window doesn't lock, dim lighting overall, insufficient sound proofing, pet charge too high."
