"Right on Lake Como, our 4th floor room (405) had three windows, two directly overlooking the water, the third overlooking the bustling central district of Bellagio. While the building itself is classic, the rooms were brand new. With the windows open we had a front row seat to Lake Como from morning light to the golden hour. Linens, bed and pillows, perfect. Decor, chic. Completely comfortable. And the staff, excellent. Fabio helped us arrange a private tour of the inside of Villa Balbianello, an excellent experience that we would have missed without the hotel’s help due to needing to make reservations 30 days in advance. We were greeted with excitement, given a table right on the water at our later arrival for lunch, and cared for at every interaction. The included breakfast was excellent (best Panettone I have ever had!), good hot meal choices as well. Dinner recommendation to Bilacus Restaurant was perfect (eat there!!). We felt spoiled and welcomed as if we were part of the family. Will absolutely stay at Palazzo Genazzini at our next trip to Lake Como and Bellagio!"

The grounds are stunning, the views of Lake Como are breathtaking, and the location is excellent for exploring Bellagio. What really stood out was the level of service. The staff was consistently warm, accommodating, and professional. Whether assisting with excursions, arranging transportation, or answering questions, they made everything feel effortless. One of our favorite experiences was having breakfast delivered to our room. There is something special about enjoying a morning coffee, delicious pastries, and a wonderful breakfast while overlooking the gorgeous waters of Lake Como. It was such a peaceful way to start our mornings. We stayed here while celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, and the property provided the perfect setting for such a meaningful occasion. The combination of beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. **We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Como.**"

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were there just after the season ended so the restaurant had sadly just closed. But the town was still lovely, we were able to get food easily. The front desk attendants were always very helpful and nice and the hotel was lovely. The view is unmatched. Honestly I am still thinking about sitting out on the balcony looking out at the mountains and the lake."
