"Understaffed and unprepared for arriving guest. Tried to check in early at 3:50. Was told by front desk that check in was not until 4 and to come back after 4. Came back at 4:05, and was told the room well be ready in 15 minutes. Came back at 4:35, and the room was still not ready, was told to wait a few more minutes. At 5 I was getting tired of the run around. Finally got our room at 5:10 with no apologie or comp for our time. Could have paid less somewhere else for that kind of service. Never staying at the Marriott again. "

"Check in was easy, parking was easy they have charging stations, which is amazing restaurant and bar is in the hotel. Pool was clean and not crowded. My room was clean and had all the necessities. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Everything is within walking distance. Overall very satisfied I will definitely be staying there again."

"Room was not cleaned sewer curtain dirty, shower did not drain, previous guest food was left in fridge. Shampoo bottle was almost empty I washed my hair nothing left for my husband and hair conditioner was empty. Extremely disappointed. "

"Staff was very nosy , and only concerned with what would make their jobs easier and would make the customer more comfortable. Needed not renewing for me , because I had one guest (my partner) over at my room."

"We pulled in here after a long, difficult driving day. For the first time in a long time, the check-in process was completely seamless. We had good burgers at the on-site restaurant, slept like rocks in the clean, cool, quiet, comfortable room, and then had a lovely breakfast downstairs before hitting the road again refreshed. Every employee we encountered was friendly and kind. We will definitely stay here again!"
