"They charge for parking, which was a bit of a surprise! But overall the place was very nice and quiet and in good shape. The kiosk check in was kinda different, but worked great. We loved the beverage machines! I would definitely stay here again."

"The only reason for not giving 5 stars all around is because 1) on the second floor hallway had a sewer smell most of the time we were there and 2) we lost power on our last day so we couldn’t enjoy one last meal from the amazing kitchen. Thankfully we were on the second floor and only had a few flights of stairs to lug our suitcases down to the lobby area. Now for the good… 1) The food. Whoever is the chef knows what they’re doing. I haven’t had such a flavorful yet aesthetically pleasing meal like that in a long time. 2) Even though we lost power on the last day, the staff was extremely helpful. The valet helped us with our luggage. The hotel gave us complementary snacks since the kitchen was out of commission. Even though I know it must have been very stressful for the staff, they never lost their cool with the guests. Extremely professional. 3) Valet parking. You either love it or you hate it. We absolutely loved not having to worry about parking or retrieving or own car. This added a little touch of luxury reminiscent of Le Meridien’s in other parts of the world like Europe. 4) The hotel grounds was so picturesque. Love"

"EXCELLENT STAFF , ROOM WAS UPSCALE , we only rented two queens thought it was great for one night . The food was very average at the Hideaway Bar , Didn't get a chance to try any other food , Will definitely try again . Parking attendants were very friendly , everyone went beyond and above so thanks USA you know what customer service really is ! Travelling from CANADA"

"We have stayed at this proprty many times and will likely do so again. It is conveniently located for our purposes and parking and loading are easy. And the room and bed are comfortable. The hotel was redoing the carpets on our floor so it was not the best time to be there. And while the breakfast is usually satisfactory, on this occasion when I arrived an hour before the closing time, pretty much everything was gone except waffles and cereal. However, after asking, the breakfast counter was re-supplied."
