โThe hotel is convenient. Room is clean. I liked the washing machine. The cleaning lady returned my Mac book after I checked out. That was extra appreciated!โ

โHotel is located at a quiet neighborhood; next to metro station. Accessible to all
major tourist attractions. Plenty of dining options opposite hotel. Cafes nearby. Beds were comfy. Shower room very spacious and good water pressure. Ample storage space. Thereโs a sofa settee and table which is really nice. Overall, big rooms at a good location. โ
โThere is a bakery on the first floor of the lobby which was very convenient for early mornings. There was a washer dryer but the drying takes 3 hours and it's not very sanitary because other people were able to put their laundry together with our laundry. The bathroom facilities were good and so was the bedroom. The staff were really helpful and assisted us with every question we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.โ
โEvery manager in this hotel is very kind, and seriously struggle to satisfy customer's demand, even very exotic one. The hotel is very calm, and my wife's mother (who is very sensitive) could sleep well. If you want to come to Suzhou, I strongly recommend this hotel.โ
