โThe resort that the suite is located in offers a variety of activities. Unfortunately some activities were not available because it was fringe season.โ
โChalet was very clean. Little hard to find but wasnโt a problem in the end. We had a great time. Facilities were extremely good. Great for skiing and a family holiday. We had grandparents. Two families with two and three kids lots of room for us all and convenient to the ski hill. Hot tub and pool table was a nice add on. โ
โBreakfast was limited but as expected, good enough to start the day. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Ten minute drive to downtown and Lake Windermere. Not many restaurants. Hotel was very nice.โ
โOur check-in was quick and our very friendly and helpful host showed us to our room and explained the door code, as well as provided towels if we wanted to go to the hot springs. The room was very clean and had been renovated. Bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have a small table and chairs, microwave, fridge, and dishes. We were within walking distance of the Old Salzberg Restaurant (very tasty). Would stay here again if we return.โ
โA very nice retreat relatively close to the gates of Kootney national park. Hot springs are amazing and entry to the public pool is included with stay. The room was very cozy and comfortable and you can cast to the TV which is great for kids.โ
โAwesome place to stay with you're family! The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The rooms were spacious but could use a little more attention to the cleaning. We will definitely be back again! โ
