"TERRIBLE STAY! HATED IT! WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. BETTER TO SLEEP ON A SIDEWALK, ATLEAST YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE SIGNING UP FOR. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH DISRESPECTFUL RUDE STAFF AND MANAGER (JONATHAN) IN MY 30 YEARS OF TRAVELLING EXTENSIVELY THROUGHOUT EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD. THEIR MANAGER (JONATHAN) IS NOT TRAINED IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE THEY DOING THE GUEST A FAVOUR BY LETTING THE GUEST STAY AT THE PROPERTY. THEY SHOULD NEVER BE WORKING FOR A PRESTIGIOUS BRAND LIKE HOLIDAY INN. MY ROOM HAD 4 BEDS FOR A SINGLE PERSON. THERE WAS NO PLACE TO EVEN WALK AROUND COMFORTABLY WITHOUT BUMPING YOUR LEG. THE TABLE WAS PUSHED TO THE CORNER HOLDING THE CURTAINS IN PLACE. WHEN I BROUGHT THIS ISSUE TO THE STAFF THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND WHEN I TALKED TO THE MANAGER (JONATHAN) HE WAS ALSO VERY RUDE/DISRESPECTFUL DIDNT CARE. THE STAFF AND MANAGER WERE WORKING TOGETHER THEY DIDNT CARE. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SUCH DISGUSTING/DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE. I WAS UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET USING MY ROOM NUMBER AND LAST NAME. INSTEAD I HAD TO LOGIN INTO THE STAFF NETWORK AFTER HAVING THE CONNECTION ISSUE FOR HOURS. BREAKFAST WAS COMPLETELY MISMANAGED, AT 8AM THERE WERE NO FORKS, EMPTY FOOD DISHES, MOST TABLES HAD DIRTY GUEST PLATES STILL SITTING THERE EVEN THOUGH THE GUESTS HAD LEFT, DISGUSTING AND VERY UNHYGIENIC! EVEN THOUGH BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED IN MY STAY, I HAD TO GO TO AN OUTSIDE RESTAURANT TO EAT. DONOT STAY HERE!"
