"Property was clean. Very nice. But air conditioning not working. We tried to reach property by WhatsApp and call but they never replied. We had to turn all fans and open windows so we can sleep. After check out we could not keep our luggage for few hours, nobody was present for breakfast. No food available. No water or coffee. No elevator
