"The hotel was beautiful, the location was great, and the people were very friendly. However, there were certain details that could have made the stay a little better.
- My room wasn't cleaned the second day of my stay. Housekeeping said they would clean it when I saw them in the halls at 5pm, but they never came.

- The staff didn't know anything about the area. So when I asked for specific recommendations like where to get roti, I didn't get any helpful information.
