“Nice room, good location, will be returning ”

“Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. ”

“What a nice stay we had the hotel very clean and the staff are very professional and very helpful”

“The apartment was ok. Bedside table broken, bin lid wouldn’t shut. Hairs in bedroom and bathroom Floor dusty, needed a good clean! The worst thing was the noise from the surrounding bars and cafes, booming music all day and most of the evening, couldn’t relax or sit outside ”

Nice little touches with tea, coffee, snacks, and a ceiling fan to keep the room cool. Even though it’s on a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet. Really good value for money. “I have stayed at a few of these hotels for work as I travel around quite regularly. There seems to be a reoccurring theme that the bathrooms have a really horrible drain smell. I would have mentioned this to staff but I dropped my bags off to the room went for dinner come back and it was already around 8:30- 9:00. “Clean room”

“The room did the job - but numerous issues. Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best. The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. But at 8:30pm I had a message saying I wouldn't be able to check in after 9 as the bar shuts at that point. I was on a train so unable to get there for that time, and somebody very kindly stayed to let me in, but they still...

“On arrival I was told that I only booked one child where on my booking there was 2 children. Staff was not very welcoming and sleeping when I walked through in the morning. Room ok for what we needed , beds were clean and that’s the main. Bath looks like it could do with being renewed”
