“Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant, all the staff were friendly, chatty and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable and the cooked breakfast very filling. ”

“The room itself had been recently decorated in a modern decor, unfortunately our bathroom had clearly been smoked in recently, not the hotels fault given all the signs, but the smell was very overpowering and unpleasant. Despite going in winter, we couldn't get the room cool enough -we opened the window and turned off the radiator but couldn't sleep as it was too hot. In addition, there was a party downstairs we were not warned about, the music carried on very late which prevented us sleeping -...

“The staff we encountered, and another we asked for help with heating, were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were plentiful, although no fruit or brown bread was offered. Toast was offered, but with no suitable crockery. Not enough plug sockets in the bedroom and what were on offer, were not all usable ! Heating was provided in the room - although with no instructions - which proved necessary. Bathroom facilities were good and clean. Parking was plentiful. It was odd that a decaf coffee option...

“Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft im Zentrum von Newquay. Der Strand ist quasi vor der Tür – so wie auch der Killacourt, auf dem diverse Märkte stattfinden. Nick ist ein super Typ, der immer sehr bemüht um das Wohl seiner Gäste ist. Hier komme ich gerne wieder hin. 😊”

“The room was spotless. The owners/staff were friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to a sea view room and it was absolutely delightful! Beautiful bay windows with the view of the calming sea. The shower is amazing!! The water pressure was absolutely perfect and the way I like it. I had a lovely veggies breakfast in the morning. I would absolutely recommend this guesthouse. It’s so close to everything but offers such warmth and home vibes, I will definitely be booking again!”

“As always the Manning Hotel shines as the best Hotel in Truro City Centre. Its front desk and dinning staff are always helpful and courteous to guests. The Guest lounge is such a nice room to relax in after a long day of sight seeing! I look forward to my next visit.”
