“Sehr freundliches Personal. Immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an Abdellah, der immer geholfen hat.”

“Amazing staff, beautiful hotel, great service and location. Definitely recommend!”

“The property is beautiful and is definite a must for the real experience, food was excellent. The staff was so so helpful. I can’t stress this enough. Just an FYI , uber is illegal in some Morocco areas. I didn’t know this and it made it very hard to get to my Riad with my luggages as most Riads are located in the same area. I suggest making arrangements for pick up with the hotel.”

On reviendra”

“The Riad is very pretty. Both the public areas and the room, although the room was a little dark. Of the staff, SOUKI was excellent. She was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know and even helped us negotiate the price of our laundry service so it wouldn’t be too expensive. The restaurant was just ok and we wish the Riad was a little closer to the market and other attractions of Merakesh.”

“It’s a very charming place with terrific amenities. The restaurant is fantastic. All the food is very good & has different musicians every day. The property is very peaceful & pretty. A little old in the rooms. Could use better mattress & a bit of updates on furniture. But it’s a great place to be. A bit far from Medina, but you can hear the birds signing, so it’s very quiet & serene.”

“Lovely hotel, rooms very comfortable and lovely roof terrace which is an ideal place to relax after a day's sightseeing. The staff were all fantastic, so friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble really made our stay special”

“We had a suite with a swim up pool. The pools are not heated so were very cold when we stayed. The swim up pool felt like a bit of a waste given it was so cold. The food was nice and staff lovely. The location is good for getting out and exploring.”

“Very nice!”

“The main building of the property, the gardens and the restaurants are all very well maintained. It feels like an oasis in the desert. The room we stayed in was a Ksar and the layout is well suited to a family. The quality of food and beverages were certainly up to standard. We tried two of the restaurants and they were both very good in terms of quality. The gym and spa were great. The areas that require attention: The service. We just found this to be very mixed. Sometimes it was attentive,...

“Staff were kind and helpful, the spa was amazing, but my bed was two pushed together, of different heights, and both mattresses were quite hard, and the AC did not get cold no matter how low I put it. Minor issues, and overall I would definitely return.”

“Right in the Kasbah on a very quiet alley, right next to the textile museum. Walking distance to Jemaa El Fna. Beautiful decor. Very friendly service. Spacious room with Moroccan ornaments. Very good breakfast. ”

“I had a great stay at Médina Charme Riad and Spa and would recommend it. The staff was excellent and they very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, especially Youssef. Breakfast is served daily and includes traditional Moroccan food, fruit, and tea. They helped coordinate several experiences for me, including a cooking class with the riad’s chef, a guided tour of Marrakech, and a private day trip to Essaouira. Everything was well organized, and I felt comfortable with all the guides and...

“Surreal experience and would love to return again!”
