The only small issue we experienced was with the warm water pressure, which wasn’t working during our stay. But overall, the kindness and hospitality of the team more than made up for it. We would definitely love to return for a longer visit!"

"A true haven of peace in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the medina. The staff is exceedingly friendly and effective, working together like a tight-knit family. The spa and spa services are excellent. The room and the common areas were amazing and full of details. The area around the hotel (Casbah) has lots of convenient shops and services. "There was water damage in riad and smelled like musty mildew. No tissues, ran out of toilet paper. We ended up with a different room due to the water damage. No welcome drink and no one to greet us. We had to call and wait for letting us in for checking in. We decided to go to the square for dinner. Asked the staff how to come back since we had an issues at check in. We were reassured to just ring and/or knock and we would be let in. We arrived at the riad to knock and ring over and over....
