This place was awesome from the amazing friendly staff to also being so close walking distance to 5th avenue festivities and as well as to the beach. Place was amazing! Tons of restaurants and bars everything is walking distance including a massive grocery store that has literally everything and well priced. Definitely will return. Oscar you da man!

The property was located just a few steps from all shopping and dining so that was great. The property on the other hand needs some repairs, for example the paint was chipping in the bathroom, the drain cover in the shower wasn’t screwed in and that’s just to name a few. But you get what you pay for so you just want a place to lay your head at during your trip this place is good for you since it’s far from luxury.

Very nice front desk staff. Largfe parking lot is secure and attached to the property. One block to the action on 5th Ave. Quality about what you would expect for a place that offers very inexpensive options. Large room and terrace.

Lovely Mayan hotel close to everything

Loved our stay with the location, staff and amenities. Jungle setting with pool was comfortable and lounge chair area to read and relax good. Noisy fridge was difficult to deal with when sleeping at night.

Horrible! No lo recomiendo Pésima atención, no tenían servicio de pago con tarjeta en ningún día, había cucarachas, el sanitario no servía nos tocaba ir a otro baño en restaurante, nunca vayan!

Excelente atención. Solo la caja fuerte deben de cambiarla porque se habré con cualquier llave. cambiar las luces del comedor. Y oner jabonera en las duchas ya que no hay donde asentar el jabón. Todo lo demás está súper bueno el hotel. Relación calidad precio y macnifica ubicación. Definitivo será nuestra primera opción para viajar a ese destino.

El estacionamiento del hotel es insuficiente para el numero de cuartos. La segunda cama estaba fatal y el aire acondicionado daba de lleno en la cama principal. El encargado al llegar contestaba como si estuviera de malas. No fue agradable en general.
