Great location, very convenient to ferry and downtown. It was not very clean. Room smelled so strongly of cleaning products we decided to leave early and go elsewhere.

There was noisy early in the mornings from other guess making noise with closing door or talking loud , thinking they are alone in the hotel.i know it's a budget hotel, but the guest should be informed that not to be noisy, that other people are still sleeping at 8am or don't go to bed early, not midnight all the time. But location and staff are good.

No me respetaron mi reserva con Hoteles.com

No tenian la reserva que realice con Hoteles.com asi que cuidado si hacen la reserva por esta pagina, me dieron una habitacion que no fue la que habia reservado porque ya la habian dado a otro huesped. Muy mal con este sitio. Por otro lado, al llegar al hotel no habia nadie en recepcion para poder hacer el check in, estuve aproximadamente como 10 minutos ahi parada sin que nadie se asomara, lo cual me dio la impresion de ser un lugar inseguro ya que no hay vigilancia tampoco, tuve que llamar al telefono del hotel en repetidas ocasiones para que alguien me atendiera. En cuanto a la habitacion pequena pero bien, todo limpio y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien asi como la tele y habia agua caliente, se escucha lo que hablan en los pasillos.

la atención fue muy buena la verdad, pero al llegar no tenían habitación libre y me cambiaron, adicional a ello me dieron la llave hasta el otro día y eso me hizo sentir inseguro si había tomado la mejor decisión.

The room on the 3rd floor was clean and nice. However the hotel does need work. It was for one night for three guys and we had no problem with the hotel.The area looks rough but I didn't find it of any danger and the people seemed nice when i talked to them.

El hotel es basico, solo pase una noche, y no esta tan mal.....pero si debo decir que la limpieza y algo de mal olor , no acompañan a que pueda sugerir mas de la cuenta. Los baños tenian mal olor y en general la limpieza algo escasa.

No pudimos dormir, nos tocaron la puerta en la madrugada y la habitacion que nos dieron estaba a lado de la cocina o also parecido, hicieron ruido toda la mañana, aparte nos estan haciendo un cargo doble a la habitación, pues pagamos en el establecimiento y nos estan cobrando en la tarjeta nuevamente

Charming, small hotel with a very friendly staff. Room was always tidied to perfection when I returned each day. Very close walking distance to entertainment and beaches. Only thing I would change is it would be nice if the bed had more than just a sheet to cover with. Local area can get a tad noisy. I believe there may have been a karaoke bar nearby, but it seemed to quiet down around 11 pm. I always travel with earplugs, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, highly rated, and very pleased with my stay. Everyone I interacted with at the hotel was very kind and accommodating.
