The staff was friendly, especially Javier. The underground parking was wonderful. There are some necessary improvements in this brand new hotel but it was overall a pleasant stay. "

"Nice, new and modern hotel. About a 10 minute walk to 5th Avenue. The area was quieter and less touristy, but still right in Centro and walking distance to many areas. There were some nice local restaurants close to the hotel. We always felt safe walking in the area day or night. All the staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast restaurant) were always friendly and helpful! A la carte breakfast was tasty and filling.
