"The room was new and spacious. Unfortunately, there was no power in the kitchen, which was very inconvenient. There was not a heated jacuzzi but the rooftop pool was beautiful. The staff was friendly, especially Javier. The underground parking was wonderful. There are some necessary improvements in this brand new hotel but it was overall a pleasant stay. "

"the place is less than a minute by walk from the Main Street, so it's perfect. the receptionist was really nice and sweet, but I didn't really got to see the hotel since I stayed only a night, overall it was nice."

"A l’arrivée il n’y avait pas de code pour la clé pour ouvrir la porte ,donc nous avons attendu 45 minutes pour le connaître. La personne au lobby était une garde de sécurité. Elle n’avait pas l’autorité nécessaire pour nous donner le code. Il a fallu utiliser le téléphone cellulaire de la garde de sécurité pour communiquer avec le personnel de Casago. "The room itself was fine very limited on the kitchen a couple of burners microwave fridge not much counter space or supplies. I find it very hard to communicate with the the person looking after this suite I was staying in there was a lot of dogs in the neighbourhood, barking constantly all night rooster in the morning and a lot of construction did not realize I was staying at this type of place The rooftop pool was nice and the bed was fairly comfortable. "
