“It was generally nice, just that there is no ocean view from the room. But the rooms are big and clean.”

“This was a perfect hotel for our family. It was close to the beach and 1 block away from 5 Ave. Everything we needed was close by. And the rooftop pool on the property was amazing. Not large but perfect for us with sea views. But the best part?? The staff. They have the best people: Ricardo in the parking, Yoan and Alma at the front desk, Ricardo and Sandi in the restaurant. They were the best. We will back at this property again and again. Thanks for everything!!!”

“Jungala is a very nice resort but it is too far away from everything. There are no amenities at the property itself and you have to either walk for a looooong time (15 mins plus) or take the shuttle to get to even basic stuff like coffee, food and drinks, not to mention restaurants, spa and beach/pool. The shuttle is only available upon call. Also, although the staff are very nice, they are not able to help with spa/ cabana / restaurant reservations or anything really. They kept telling me they...
