โIn-unit washer/dryer was extremely convenient. Staff spoke fluent English so that was a plus. Location is in between 3 metro lines as well and 15 minute walk to Tokyo station.
Only real โcomplaintโ if any was that I wished the cleaning staff automatically replenishes the. Title water daily while cleaning the room without having to ask the front desk daily.โ
โIt was perfect for my family! Located 10mins walk away from Ginza main street and not hustle-bustle. Room condition is great and all staffs are kind & friendly. Definitely I'll book a room when I visit Tokyo again.โ
โperfect location, clean room. usually hotel rooms are very dry but here wasn't. As Kyobashi is working district, it was very quite at night and during the weekend. this room was expensive when i book, except that, this is great. there were three elevator but i couldnt find the stairs, if i find stairs, it would be better though.. โ
โI stayed at this hotel with my husband for 4 days. They knew we were on honeymoon so they decorated our beds beautifully. It was so romantic and I was very grateful! ๐
They cleaned our room every day and all the staffs were very kind to us. The corner room we stayed in was very spacious and especially the view was fantastic. If I come back to Tokyo, I would stay at this hotel again! ๐โ
