"It was my birthday and they brought me a gift every day of my stay with them! It was such a kind gesture and truly, they gave luxurious hospitality. I will ALWAYS book with The Mondrian when I come to Miami from here on out. The food was amazing at the outdoor bar near the pool and it was very safe overall. The view of the boats and ocean were gorgeous as well.

"I had a wonderful experience!! This was my second time here and I got to enjoy the pool this time, just an overall wonderful experience. Customer service is on point. There was a slight miscommunication for some reason they thought we checked out on Saturday instead of Sunday and the front desk was confused but we received a phone call, other than that it was fine. "Loved the rooms, the view, the balcony. The coffee shop and restaurant was awesome. We enjoyed the appetizers and the morning pastries that were available. Construction is a large city is always happening so bring ear plugs. We did get locked out of our room as our keys cards didn’t work, a minor inconvenience but still. Will def stay here again. I loved the fact that it was connected to the mall. We played miniature golf, shopped and did the escape room and o ky walked two minutes thru the mall to get there"
