"Second time staying here since we loved it first time. We arrived 2hrs after check in start (5pm) and room was not ready. Received a free round of drinks at bar. Got a room but it was not clean and they quickly found a new one. Said it was an upgrade but really same room better view. We did receive a $50 bar/restaurant voucher but would rather have used it for parking. Breakfast was good, warm pool, great location. We would return again."

"Lovely clean room and I got the perfect view I requested, which was appreciated. Great base for my staff Really helpful staff - replacing my lost gutschiens, and helpful storing my luggage prior to my room being ready (which it was early by over 2 hours). If I make a third trip back, it’ll be to stay at the Melia again"
