room was very different to how it was described. the bathroom was undersupplied, with no hand soap and the supposed "luxury" bath products being pretty bang average in quality, and also empty. we were also told there would be bathrobes, but there were none. we though "at least we can still get 24 ...

TITANIC Chaussee Berlin
hotel was amazing , clean and the staff were all really friendly. us English aren't prepared for the German sauna rules (no swimwear allowed) but we embraced it and enjoyed the facilities. highly recommend and will stay again if ever back in berlin. Very well stocked bar
