"I really enjoyed staying at the gold palais hotel. It had a nice balcony with chairs facing the courtyard. The shower was incredible. It had both an overhead faucet and a handheld faucet with good water pressure. There was a m4 tram right outside the hotel that could take you directly to Alexanderplatz. And the cleaning people cleaned my room everyday. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Forget Mitte! Prenzlauer Berg is a better neighborhood and the Holiday Inn there is a superb hotel. Our room was spacious, featuring a desk, cabinets, and a large flat screen TV. The bathroom was also large and the rain shower was a welcome perk. Staff are attentive, friendly, and professional. (I appreciate their patience with my imperfect German, though of course they speak impeccable English.) Next time I’m in Berlin, I’ll stay here!"
