“I had to constantly request house keeping!!! A lot of noise late at night.”

“I was put in an extremely unsafe situation. I was attending a wedding in Newport and knew that it would be a late night. For the purpose of safety, I thought it was smart to book a room to crash in for a few hours , instead of hitting the road late night. To be horror…. Booking this reservation was the most unsafe situation I’ve ever been in at a hotel. When I arrived, the lobby was clouded with smoke and there were SEVERAL dogs barking and scratching at doors. “I had booked a deluxe room for 4 nights, but they gave me a different room, and I had to move to the reserved deluxe room after 1 night, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the screen door on the balcony in the new room was torn, allowing many bugs to come in, so I had no choice but to keep the balcony door closed, which was very uncomfortable.”

“Front desk staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and updated. Ground floor room was noisy from footfalls upstairs, and breakfast was a bit meager.”

“Lumpy uncomfortable mattress. No hair dryer, hallway smelled like a dog pound, noisy dog all night down the hall, outside security door was unlocked, TV remote was missing battery cover and batteries kept falling out, there was a plastic glove on the floor of the room when I walked in (not sure what that was about), room phone was stained- maybe coffee- I wasn't going to use it, but it looked awful, no kleenex provided.”
