Staff is incredibly kind and will do everything to satisfy you. I was « guest of the day » and got an updrade, presents, and a cute « surprise decoration » in the room - loved it! "

"The hotel lobby was in nice condition but upon seeing the room, we would’ve cancelled if possible. There are holes in the wall, stains on the sheets and the bathroom tiles were dirty. Would not recommend. "

"Good resort for a couple of days in Jakarta. Bring mosquito repellent - rooms don't have nets - and at this time of year ( end of Oct) there's a lot! Villas are a bit dated but I liked the vintage luxurious touches"
