“Great spot! Gret for families, good pool and lovely beach”

“El servicio de inicio a fin fue excelente, súper atentos y amables. Las habitaciones cómodas, siempre dispuestos a resolución de dudas La comida excelente y mucha variedad”

“La comida fue épica! Todo fue sensacional”

“The best hotel in the region. Employees knew how to treat the guests..Food is also best one.”

“I wish there are more options dinning.”

“This resort is so kid friendly and almost made it seem like it was made for families! Restaurants were enough of a variety that I never got tired of the food. The amenities were really nice but you can tell that it's an older resort- but with age, comes experience and they really know what they're doing. I did see maintenance people constantly so I know work is being done but don't expect brand spanking new and you'll have the best time.”

“GREAT RESORT”

“Staff was very friendly. Food was alright.”

“Super friendly staff! Fun entertainment and good food”

“Clean property, and great staff!”

“This resort was the perfect spot for a girls week getaway! Incredible service, views, and location. The only downside was that there was considerable construction still happening at the property during our stay. Two on-site dining locations were closed and there was construction happening daily near the pool area. That being said, everything else about the resort outweighed that inconvenience and I would recommend this place to anyone!”

“The resort, the amenities, the staff are excellent. Maribel from housekeeping was amazing. I enjoyed my visit very much.”

“The stay at the property was good”

“Unfortunately the adult pool was not well maintained, not clean, not clear. Something was obviously wrong with the filter system or something. Always a nightmare to get chairs at the pool even at 8am. Music at adult pool was a challenge, too loud, person in charge quite rude until several people complained. Food was ok. Loads of people. People working in restaurants/buffets were excellent. The employee getting drinks to everyone at the adult pool was fantastic! Room was clean. AC worked.”

“The food was excellent. Service incredible. I liked that everything was included. We didn’t have to sign for anything we ordered which was another bonus. Rooms had beautiful views.”

“Solo les hace falta mejorar el menú para buffet y para la reserva en cena restaurante. Tienen pocas opciones de comida y lo que no le gustó es que los “jugos” y aguas son hechos con jarabe concentrado en lugar de hacerlos con fruta real. Muy pocas opciones para comer”
