โI booked this for my elderly mother going to her grandsons wedding . She loved it an said the owners were lovely ..my nephew an wife ended up staying there too for the wedding โ
โLoved our stay at here, staff were very welcoming and helpful and patient with our young Vizsla dog. Ideal set up for staying with a dog, with rooms located opposite site of the car park to the cosy pub. Food was excellent. Definitely would come and stay here again. โ
โWhat an absolutely amazing place to stay! Took our 3 young girls here to stay for a couple of days away and this place was perfect for a family of 5! It is so beautiful and spacious! The staff are incredible and so good with children so accommodating and chatty which our girls loved telling them all about their days out to Alton towers and Chester zoo.
Not far from Chester Zoo and not too far from Alton Towers a bit further away. However, just an incredible stay away.
Pub food was amazing...
โThe inn brought me home to Wales and was a shelter from a storm within a warm community. Dai will go above and beyond to care for his own and strangers. My room at the inn will carry memories, as I am sure is the experience for many. I could have won a walk up a mountain - another time. Thank you and your staff Dai:-)โ

It was lovely! Everything was Five Star.. In particular weโd like to thank Will who was so helpful! He was friendly and helped us sort a spare bed.. ๐โ
โWe had a lovely short stay at The Feathers. The room was lovely, with an amazing bathtub and, best of all, AIR CONDITIONING, which we really appreciated as it was unusually hot during our visit.
The room was also very quiet at night - we heard hardly anything from the pub. I recommend the pub itself too, lovely decor and very friendly staff.
We would definitely stay there again, and absolutely recommend it to other travellers.

โTravelling from York, so was a stop over before hitting Wales. Hey, it was a nice place to stay. The room was incredible (although for me, I'd change the carpet on the staircase to room 9. Visually, very tricky!!) Check in was quick and easy. The only thing I'd point out, and it is nit picking, I think the staff need to be more 'that's no problem, we'll sort that out' as opposed to 'we'll see what we can do,' ... Yeah, I've worked in customer service for 40 + years blah blah... and we all...
