โLe personnel est vraiment professionnel et attentionnรฉe. L endroit est paisible et cest extrรชmement propre. Cest vraiment bien situรฉ. Mon ami et moi avant bcq voyagรฉs et je recommanderai cet endroit sans hรฉsiter. โ
โCant say enough of this beautiful place we stayed for 10 days, clean, great breakfast, great staff and perfect location. Would like to thank Francisco who works part time office work, He also does tours, Highly recommend him for tours, very knowledgeable and funny. Hands down great experience.

โOne of nicest hotels that i stayed.
Originally I booked room with out terrace, but without any problem i was given room with terrace looking over pool area.
Food is excellent, breakfast was delightful, great choice of hot and cold food.
Restaurant is serving lunch and dinner and choice is good.
Rooms are good size with nice bathroom.
Overall hotel is in excellent condition,5 minutes from harbour and lot of restaurants in walking distances.
Only little thing is there is not enough parking...
โEen nieuw hotel met ruime kamers. heerlijk rustig hij het zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt prima ,wel iedere dag hetzelfde . Eenmaal diner gedaan in het hotel. Zeer lekker gegeten. Naar het centrum van ponta delgado is net te ver om iedere avond te wandelen. Een auto is dan wel een must. Al met al een goede uitvalsbasis om het eiland te bezichtigen . We hebben genoten van het hotel en het eiland โ
โThe property is exactly what it is called. Charming. The staff is very nice. The breakfast had everything you need. Be prepared to walk up and down the stairs as there is no elevator. The only issue we had with our room (#10) is that sink in the bathroom was super tiny and could not put any toiletries in the bathroom. Rooms also do not come equipped with a fridge. Otherwise it was a beautiful property. โ

โSo happy that I booked this place. It was a bit pricey compared to hotels near the marina area and main shopping/restaurant area but so worth it. The interior is beautiful and so secluded that it gave resort vibes. I had the twin room and it was like a little apartment with a huge bed, windows, clean bathroom and alot of walkable space. The amenities were lovely such as the pool and areas to sit and relax. Dinner at Musa was a great introduction to Azorean cuisine. Breakfast had a wide selection...

Les points forts sont l'accueil de Vanessa, ses petites attentions envers ses hรดtes, sa sympathie, sa disponibilitรฉ et surtout sa gentillesse.
Elle est de bons conseils sur les lieux ร dรฉcouvrir ou les restaurants....
J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un petit prรฉsent le jour de mon anniversaire. Alors qu'elle n'avait aucune obligation. J'ai รฉtรฉ trรจs touchรฉe par ce geste.
Le petit dรฉjeuner est trรจs copieux....
