"No pool, and they send you across the street where there’s no sun at the pool, it’s freezing, no hot tub and extremely small.
The place was clean other than my shower covered in hair which was icky. The staff was great tho very nice. "

"I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It was nice, quiet and the staff was always friendly no matter what time of day. I enjoyed how close it was to everything and how convenient the shuttle stop for my event was at this hotel. The rooms are spacey and it made my stay with 3 other people super comfortable. Didn't have issues with keeping hot water which was also nice. Everytime I had an issue with my key card they would fix it right away. (Don't put your key cards next to your phones) "

He was very friendly & accommodating & checked to make sure we were happy with the change. The room was cute & clean and it’s a great location to access shops, restaurants and the lake. Appreciated the bottled water and cookies in the room! We hope to return in the future!"
