"Loved the location, retro vibe and amenities. The room was very comfortable. The Staff was super friendly. Parking was inconvenient. Some free onstreet parking nearby along Central at the public park. To park in the hotel parking, the only choice was valet ($$). You had to download a separate app and setup a credit card on the app. Why couldn’t the parking charges be connected to the room and included in the room charges??"

"Not too big of a deal, but it would have been nice to know that on-site parking is an additional $12 per-night fee (we were there 2 nights, that's why it wasn't a huge deal). It would be good to know ahead of time, or be more apparent at booking so that it's not a surprise. This isn't in a good neighborhood of Albuquerque (just ask the locals), so of course I wouldn't park my vehicle down the block. Breakfast was good. My son loved the eggs."

"From check in to departure my stay was excellent. This is a lovely, renovated, retro motel. My room was spotless and well appointed. I enjoyed the coffee bar at the check-in area and the bar and restaurants provided great drinks and good food. I sat at the bar a listened to the Karaoke on Thursday night and ate at the Thai restaurant, which was quite good. I felt safe walking around and enjoyed dinner down the street at the Wolf and Swallow. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is in bad need of repairs and painting. The room was not terribly clean. And the beds are old and tired. "

"Historic building in a serene and convenient setting, large quiet room and lots of elegant public seating areas including a cocktail /snack lounge open evenings. Decent breakfast. Didn't get to use the hot tub but the robes provided are nice too. So nice to stay in a non-chain hotel that was also reasonably priced. Wished I'd known before I left that there was a yoga studio across the street."
