"This was a spontaneous overnight stay in Leicester and we had a marvellous time.
The hotel is in a great location being close to the bus station and everywhere in the city we wanted to visit.
The staff were welcoming and efficient, the room was well equipped and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

"The staff were nice and friendly, and it was a comfortable stay. The room had a ironing board, iron and hair dryer. I didn't need to ask as we were going out for the evening and our clothes needed a quick press. I wasn't able to use the other facilities because I didn't take my swimming costume with me. "Stayed alone as family member was in hospital overnight nearby. Felt very safe and all colleagues were helpful and understanding of my uncertainty with some aspects of my stay. Beautifully appointed room, everything you need without having to ask. Food was delicious and reasonably priced for such a high end hotel. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Leicester. And such close proximity to Leicester Rugby Stadium for any rugby fans. "
