"I love staying at Club Quarters Central Loop whenever I’m traveling through Chicago by train. Very walkable to and from Union Station. Helpful front desk staff. Great location for sightseeing. Luggage storage available so I can walk around Chicago before my train boards. It feels like a home away from home."

I received a warm welcome and a fabulous room with all of the amenities. My room (suite) was spacious, clean and so comfortable. The hotel is centrally located so it makes getting around effortless. "At check was told to pay an additional $450 for amenities such as water bottles, breakfast, and happy hour drinks. When reservation was made all of these amenities were included. Several guests had the same problem. I called Expedia customer service and was told to pay for the additional fees and try to get a refund afterwards which is not ideal. If you decide to stay at this hotel be prepared to pay for this all inclusive fees. Additionally the parking is about $60 per 24 hours."
