"Overall, I had a good experience. That being said, I stayed in two different rooms. The first room was in the newer part of the building and it was so cold. No heat came out of the vents. I was miserable. The second night I stayed in the older part, it was fantastic."

When i am traveling 8 hours from home to have surgery and see a specialist I certainly don't want to be staying at hotel where the employees are rude and disrespectful and make you feel like an inconvenience.
