"Location is excellent. Hotel was just average and over priced in my opinion. Rooms need updating. The carpets are pretty filthy in our room which was room 105 a king suite. The shower didn’t drain well and flooded the bathroom. We called to have it fixed but they attempted to fix it but it didn’t fix it so to shower we had to turn the water on and off to prevent the shower from pouring over the edge and spilling onto the bathroom floor. The location is great in terms of beach access, walking the promenade and restaurants. The beach has large rocks and quite the drop off to get into the water. Killer on bare feet! We enjoyed out stay in Nice. The hotel is ok if you aren’t looking for luxury. It’s cleanish and is in great location."

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable, and everything was convenient and easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!"

"Location was perfect for the Ironman event. The hotel was very traditional & decor was very fitting to the Era! Floor 6 room with balcony was nice. Perhaps a little small. Breakfast was fab. Staff were friendly."
