“On the checking out, a lady at front desk offered a hotel call taxi to FCO airport for around 60euro, where I was going to call uber for 60~70euro, so I asked to call. Eventually, paid 100euro. plz do not call from hotel, use ur own app. the frontdesk staffs shown some racism to the foreigner. wasn't delightful. ”

“Very poor quality for such an expensive rate Total rip off”

“Overall this was a great stay - the room was modern, clean, spacious and very aesthetic and the air conditioning was ice cold! The rainforest shower took a bit to figure out the taps, but water pressure was great and the shower was a room big enough to hold 6 people. Location was also pretty good, very close to Porta Pia buses and a lot of restaurants nearby. However, there were a few issues that made me reduce one star: * they only sent me the check-in code for the door less than 3 hours...

“The room was quirky but fine for a night. Nice shower. Decent location. Getting in was a nightmare each time we went out and when we arrived. Another couple were having a similar experience. The lock to the apartment does not work on the app.”

“네”

“It was a horrible experience since our first night. Our room was one of their outdated ones - that wasn’t the issue. The AC made a horrible noise throughout the whole night, it caused headache. The shower was missing a door and it caused water spillage. The main light and fan didn’t work. After two nights we were moved rooms per my request and the AC did not work at all - it was fixed on our fourth night. As it’s convenient to the train station - not worth the room”

“Staff was extremely nice and exceptionally helpful”

“웬만하면 후기 안 남기는데 더럽고 불친절하고 최악임”

“Lovely property, staff was extremely helpful and kind. Will definitely staff here again. Location is great aswell. No complaints !”

“El hotel está dentro de un conjunto habitacional; sería más como Airbnb. No tuvimos comunicación con el anfitrión hasta después de la hora del check in, por lo que no hay resguardo de equipaje!! La habitación, grande y tiene buenas vistas, pero un olor demasiado feo y fuerte en el tapete, deben cuidar eso! No odiamos dormir por el mal aroma. Ofrecen café y pequeño panes. Todo lo demás está bien.”
