"The spa was perfect especially for the winter in Seoul. The room was kinda small, but it was clean. It is noticeable that the hotel is between two subway stations, and the road leading to the subway station is quite steep. Still, it is a convenient place to stay in Gangnam region."

Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. "My second time of visiting as a solo female traveller from the U.K. checking in was amazing and staff friendly. The solo room was perfect includes a fridge. In the lobby is a microwave. The eco clean is great but they still left clean towels etc outside the door. Would’ve liked the option of another pillow as was only one. "I loved this hotel. It was very spacious for our family of four (two teens). The hotel is located on the far south end of Gangnam but it’s easy to get around via bus and subway. I can’t speak to the on site food but frankly I prefer going out to the local places rather than eat at the hotel. The gym was fine for a vacay workout. "
