The website offers free Wi-Fi and free breakfast. There is no free breakfast at all and of the 6 days I was there, the Wi-Fi worked part of 2 days. I had to make arrangements in a temporary office to do my work.

Very disappointed
I reserved a non smoking room, only to find out none were available when I came to check in. I am stuck in a smoking room with my child. Very disappointed at the fact that I was able to reserve a room that wasn’t available to begin with.

Stale smoke-smelling, not very clean rooms…
Our non-smoking room smelled like stale smoke that attempts have been made to cover up. The bed spreads had cigarette burns all over them. The curtains would not close properly, I had to clip them together to keep them closed. The lip around the outside of the bathtub appeared to have never been cleaned, and there were globs of dried mud on the floors from someone’s shoes when we walked in. The in-room single-cup coffee maker spewed hot water all over the table instead of the cup. They still don’t offer breakfast because of covid. After two years of covid, maybe stop advertising it? I understand this is a budget place, but that doesn’t excuse lack of cleanliness or advertising things you don’t provide. On a good note, the beds were comfortable once you got used to the smell, good TV channel selection, and the location is good with a Denny’s right there you can walk to.

Rooms vary. Some are updated and very nice and some have missing amenities or other issues. Overall the beds are comfortable and it’s a great value buy.

I made a 2 night reservation. Arriving on Friday and checking out on Sunday. I knew we would arrive to the hotel after midnight, so I called to ensure my reservation would not be cancelled. I called the number listed on Google, a woman answered and asked how I could be helped, I expressed my late arrival concerns and she transferred me (without a word of acknowledgement) to the promotions department in Orlando, FL...? The rep on the phone then told me I needed to speak to someone at the site, which was my intention the entire time. After a very trying 15 minutes on hold, I was able to speak to an operator at the front desk. I was reassured that they had my reservation and I would have no issues upon arrival. After we arrived, around 12:30AM, I was informed that my non-smoking room was given to another guest and they were booked other than smoking rooms... I cancelled at this point. The location was uncleanly, outside and inside the lobby. I cannot speak on the status of the rooms, as I didn't make it in to one. The staff was not helpful whatsoever, and more "take it or leave it". Will not be returning. While this is the budget friendly option, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Wouldn’t stay here again.
Our floor was stained and you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. The towel rack near the sink was on the floor and pieces of the wall along with A LOT of bits of plaster were all over the floor. It was already there when we checked in so no one cleaned it up when the room was picked up before us. The air conditioner was making a loud sweaty noise when it was on as well. I’m ther than those two our stay was okay.

Baymont near interstate - near Medical district
We checked in late in the evening and found out (the hard way) that someone was already in the room that we were assigned to).....they gave us another room on the opposite side of the building - but I had requested a room on floor 1 - due to a bad knee - so we had to have another exchange of rooms. Finally, we were able to get into a room - it was comfortable - for a quick overnight stay.

Smelt like smoke really bad when i walked in. It was a non smoking room and I had children with me.

DONT BOOK HERE IT IS NASTY
When I first got there my room that I chose was not available. Then he gave me a new room and it had a maintenance issue so I had to get another room. The room I was in the restroom light did not work. The sink was stopped up and also the toilet. I will never be staying here again.

The guy sent us to room 215 which was stuff on the bed . Some was staying in thst room. Was very unsafe for them to do that. Then we asked for a bottom room for the trouble no electric, blood on floor and electric outlet off the walls. So they had no king beds which why we choose the place. So we got s second floor room doubled bed. Worst stay ever in a hotel.

We were in town last minute to visit a dieing relative. We were hardly in the room. Floor was a little sticky but we used flipflops. Otherwise it was clean. Because of the pandemic I sprayed the room with Lysol just to be careful. Staff was nice. They delivered towels every morning. There was no breakfast. A snack bag would've been nice. It was a comfortable stay.

inside of restroom door had a hole
dresser split in half and to think this hotel was smoke free . our room smelled a lot like cigars.
the inside of the main door beat up
closet frame. the picture (eyes) were drawn on the top and not to mention I couldn't load the picture of the fire alarm which had a hole and there was a paper towel covering the hole
