Room is good, But Parking is bad.
The calculation of valet parking costs was a bit strange. After I had already left San Francisco, I checked my parking receipt and realized that two days' worth of valet parking had been charged even though less than 24 hours had passed. There are good private parking lots nearby, so I don't think there's a need to use the hotel's valet parking. Apart from the parking cost issue, I was very satisfied with the hotel service.

일단 교통이 가장 편리해요. 각종 한국어 투어들의 시작점이기도 하고요, 도보 거리로 마트와 미술관과 유니언스퀘어가 있어요. 하지만, 길을 조금만 잘못들면 노숙인 분들이 계시는 곳으로 빠지기 때문에 조심하셔야 합니다. 노숙인 분들이 뭐 저희한테 대단한 해를 끼치는 것은 아닙니다. 시설은 깔끔하지만 낡았고, 룸 클리닝도 괜찮습니다. 킨카오라는 미슐랭 식당이 건물 안에 있습니다.

I liked my stay at the hotel. But a funny thing was... I was missing a phone in my room haha. Though the staff wanted to take care of it once I notified them, I was not in the room for the whole day and happen to stay in the room with no phone for 2 days. However, it was a lovely stay.

Room condition is good. Clean but noisy. No soundproofing. You can hear the staff talking in the hallway very well.

Hotel itself was not bad. But the SF downtown near the hotel is very dirty, noisy, not safe, and smells very bad. In addition, the hotel charges additional occupancy tax or so, which was not known at the time of reservation.

By far, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever been. There is a destination charge and they don’t inform the guests during check in.

The property was great, the waiter at the hotel bar was awesome. Outside of hotel there were homeless and mentally ill people. Nothing new, just keeping it from being a better score.

We had to ask for changing the rooms as the ones given to us were not clean. The new rooms were good - spacious and clean. We wanted to stay for additional night but that was possible at higher rates. The receptionists did not make an effort to an accommodate our needs. We checked out after the first night and yet got charged for a second night. We spent valuable time to sort out the errors made by the hotel personnel Overall disappointing experience.

Staff was awesome from valet, check in & bartender. Rooms we clean and comfortable. Walking distance to all the theaters. The streets have many homeless, but the property was safe.

This place was expensive for what it offered. The rooms were very average and dated. The lobby is nice. The only parking available is Valet only, which is incredibly expensive. The area feels unsafe so parking somewhere else and walking back is not really an option. The pool is at another hotel which is not walkable due to the area.

The location is excellent for the Theater district. Our check-in was very slow but everything else was wonderful. The area around the property is very homeless but that is not the fault of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful, my niece actually had an accident and fell and sprained her ankle and the staff was accommodating meeting us with a wheelchair and bringing her to the room.

The check in and check out process was easy. We had no wait. It’s close to many things in the city, but the streets further north aren’t that nice/can be dangerous. We had no issues and the room was nice and clean.

This property is amazing but the surrounding area was very unsafe. I believe this was once a very nice area but unfortunately the area outside the property is chaos on two sides.
