โStaff are worth their weight in gold and the Canford boasts some heavy weights. Take a walk along the nearby promenade and take in the surrounding area and its wealthy residents. Food at breakfast and dinner was superb. This establishment like so many other places is a dog friendly hotel and bar. On a damp day, your nose will remind you. I tried to plug in my firestick at the back of the telly but was put off by the avalanche of dust. Bathroom window is losing the fight against the ivy growing...
โ This was our 8th stay at SandbankHotel and hope to return in late summer we no longer go abroad the hotel i situated on the beach food in restaurant fabulous maybe little pricey drinks definitely overpriced but as we only have 3 each per night not a problem fantastic walks on the beach roof top food available plenty seating of all types including subbed All stall great pleasant polite and professional โ
โI had a very pleasant stay at Quayside Quarters. Itโs in a quiet street just off the quay in Poole. My room was clean and comfortable and the owners made sure I got in OK and allowed me to leave my bag in the building for a couple of hours after I vacated the room. I would certainly like to stay again when next I need accommodation in Poole.โ
โFab facilities, comfy bed, quality bedding, brand new accommodation, easy access to surroundings,
Great communication. Minor detail, a bath mat might be useful, as shower bit slippy! ๐๐โ
โA very warm welcome and a lovely room. Bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet for a good night's sleep. A short walk to the beach and pier, and also not too far to the town centre. My only negative was the bathroom is tiny. I would definitely consider staying here again.โ
โHotel was immaculately clean, rooms were very spacious and views were of the sea. Food was incredible and staff all friendly and attentive. Wonderful hotel. โ
โWe loved the quaint nature of this lodge, nestled in the golf course. You do have to be prepared to drive up a small hill and parking can be quite tight but itโs well worth it for such a spotless and modern room which provided a really comfortable stay. Very easy to check in and out and you get the option to use the spa and gym facilities as adults. A perfect place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Bournemouth but close enough to walk into town (itโs downhill so good...
โJane and Ged were fantastic: so friendly and welcoming, and the place is lovely. We stayed in the top floor room with the air conditioning due to the heat, and slept comfortably despite the hot weather. The bathroom was a little snug for my broad shoulders, but still fine.
No breakfast Nov-May so can't comment on that, but they gave us some suggestions for other places to eat, which were all fantastic.
Perfectly situated for a seaside break, and the area itself is picturesque. While other...
โThe dining staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The price for these facilities was excellent. Only gripe at this dog friendly place is that some of them smelled really bad. The room was really clean and spacious โ
