โSandia is our go to stay cation resort! Staff is always friendly! Food is always great! Entertainment is always on point! Beautiful, spacious pool area with outdoor bar!!โ
โThis hotel was not really our style of hotel, but was clean and comfortable. When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had. โOnly complaint we have is that we were not told upon check in that you have to request for your room to be cleaned on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We had two children under the age of 9. Other then that we enjoyed our first time stay at this hotel โ
โQuick and easy overnight stay for the road. Did find a piece of a roach in the hotel room that disturbed me, but exactly what youโd expect from a 2 star stayโ
