"Everything at the hotel was great. The elevators in the other hand were not. At some point the main lobby elevators stopped working and had to use the maintenance elevators or the stairs. At some point they started working but it sure was a hassle."

"In our room the bathroom outlet did not work and that was the only mirror so it was hard to do my hair. The lights worked when you wiggled the switch. The floor’s wooden tiles were messed up, the ice machine wasn’t working and the front desk agent that checked us in did not allow me to change my form of payment. I would not stay here again."

"Overall good stay. Facilities nice. Pool closed one day for event. That was disappointing. We did get a room voucher as I shared my concern. Staff for the most part were not friendly. Not that helpful. Didn’t even tell us about shuttle that was for music festival. Just not friendly."

"Went for Boots in the Park and checked in but left our things and headed straight to the concert. When we got in after midnight our room was still dirty from the previous stay, bed unmade and wet towels on floor. Went to front desk and fortunately they moved my room but we were so exhausted and we waited until 3pm to check in so not sure what happened. "

"The staff was as helpful as could be but seemed understaffed. The pillows were comfortable but the room itself was not up to par. The carpets had large tare’s and could use a vacuum. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and the tile around the toilet was broken. The worst part is we found several roaches in our room and overheard other guest saying they found some as well."
