"아침식사는 모텔 입구(복도)에 토스트랑 우유, 쥬스, 콘프라이크 해놓고 앉아서 먹을장소도 없어요. 7만원 미만에는 모텔이거니 이용해도 되지만, 그이상으로는 화딱지 납니다. 취소하려다 일과시간이 지나서 그런지 호텔스닷컴에서 자동메세지로 "호텔에 직접전화하고 호텔스닷컴과는 통화할 필요없습니다"라는 멘트에 포기하고 이용했는데 두고두고 억울합니다."
