"I had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. The staff were truly outstanding. Every interaction felt professional, polished, and genuinely empathic. Their attentiveness made the experience especially memorable and set a very high standard for hospitality. The room itself (1866) was beautiful and very comfortable. I did notice a couple of minor maintenance details that would benefit from attentionโ€ฆ grout repair, loose carpet. These are small details, but addressing them would help ensure the room fully reflects the otherwise excellent quality of the hotel. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay and greatly appreciated the exceptional service from the team."
