"Great hotel in a good location. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The Onsen/public bath is excellent, with and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Would have liked a cold plunge, but the steam room made up for it. Canal City shopping across the street with a fun nightly fountain show, and a few solid bakeries right next door."

"Simple capsule style accommodations. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. Location is excellent. Just a short walk from Hakata station and an even shorter one to the local convenience stores and restaurants. What I really appreciated was the hospitality shown by the staff. Despite my predicament during check in, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Thanks to their efforts I was spared a great deal off trouble."

"The best 3 nights stay in the heart of the city.clean beautiful nice reception and great breakfast. The only thing was we should go to the airport in the morning and couldn’t eat breakfast.it was nice if they offered breakfast basket to go. Other than that it was great"
