The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning. It honestly felt like I was visiting a tourist attraction rather than just entering a hotel. The design and atmosphere were very impressive and made a great first impression.
The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was also quite spacious, especially compared to many hotels in Japan, and it was very comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious and overall very satisfying. The only small downside was that the breakfast menu remained almost the same during my 4-day stay, so I wish there had been a little more variety.
Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay and had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at THE BASICS FUKUOKA."
