"The property has a nice pool that was an important reason for our choice. It was closed due to maintenance issues. There was no apology and we went to the local YMCA to swim. Everything else was fine--but when a customer is unhappy, the least you can do is apologize or send a bottle of wine to them."

"Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and sauna. Breakfast above average. One little quirk with the room. There was a frosted window on the wall of the bathroom so when you turned on the bathroom light it illuminated the bedroom. Could have done without that. But all the rooms are different. Good location across from Mass MoCA. Overall would recommend."

"Staff very pleasant and helpful. On site restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Room was large with a nice view. Breakfast, which is continental, seemed a bit skimpy. Plenty of parking and in a great central area with many restaurants."
