"Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and sauna. Breakfast above average. One little quirk with the room. There was a frosted window on the wall of the bathroom so when you turned on the bathroom light it illuminated the bedroom. Could have done without that. But all the rooms are different. Good location across from Mass MoCA. Overall would recommend."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise - we booked it on route to Pittsfield to see my mom who had been admitted to the hospital there. It was very affordable for a midweek stay, and it is a unique, renovated building that was clean and quiet and comfortable. Free parking in a dedicated lot (secured in the overnight hours) behind the hotel was great too. Loved the shower!"
