“I absolutely love the Maple Terrace Motel. The rooms are spacious and incredible fresh and clean and the grounds are really beautiful sitting just beneath a gorgeous horse farm and large sweeping willow trees. The views are stunning and especially from the pool area and gorgeous fire pit and chair circle which is such a joy to sit in and observe the horses in the field or beautiful Berkshire sky above. “I found it annoying that my internet connection was so complicated to set up. Other hotels just have a password code. Easy. I also could not watch any TV without having to join a streaming service. Other hotels offer this for free to watch cable. A manual or directive instructing clientele on paper/ laminated would be helpful as the older generation do not all have smart phones and are lost as we can’t view hotel instructions via phone. “Friendly staff Outside conditions were poor. Stagnant pool. Tall weeds around the property. Large sections of concrete walkway missing. Less than desirable neighborhood. Not sure how this could be rated as “very good “.”

From what I was told from other people that were staying there is that the place I’ve been under construction for a couple years now that was not advertise that was going on so it was kind of frustrating.”
