“정확히 이곳은 호텔보다는 에어비앤비에 가까운 느낌입니다. 오타루역과 가까운곳에 위치하여있었고 체크인도 쉬웠습니다. 엘리베이터도 있어서 짐을 나르는데는 편했습니다. 다만 짐보관이 어렵고 처음 체크인했을때 창문이 열려있어서 눈이 쌓여잇었습니다. 또한 각종 시설(온수기, 난방 등) 사용법이 어려울수있습니다. 세면대랑 건조기, 세탁기는 매우 유용했습니다. 또한 화장실이 두개 있어서 여러명이 사용하기 좋고 주방도 넓어서 요리해서 먹고놀기 정말 좋습니다. 특히 일반적인 일본의 숙소를 비교해봤을때 전체적인 공간이 매우 넓습니다. 다시 가도 좋을 것으로 예상됩니다.”

“First time staying at the Setsumon and it by far has exceeded any accommodation I have stayed in at a ski resort. The apartment was very modern, spacious, comfortable bed and delightful staff. A special shout out to the cheery young fellow Andrew who drove us to Kutchan last minute to catch our train and helped us with our belongings. God bless!”

“Nice three-bedroom apartment with an amazing view of Mt. Yotei (looks like Mt. Fuji). We came to ski and the property was tucked back on a side street about 1/2 mile from the resort. The staff provides a free private van shuttle during the day to and from the resort or to and from any local shops or restaurants, with a little notice. Even without notice, they try to accommodate you. One of the kids wanted to return mid-day from the ski resort and they picked us up within a few minutes. There...

“Kira Kira is located downhill of the Hirafu Welcome Centre. Transportation is provided during arrival and departure to and from the Welcome Centre. I am not too sure if the transportation can be arranged during they stay as I did not try this. The room was spacious and well suited my needs. It was comfortable. “You cannot ask better view and better price in Toyako area. Quiet, cozy, lake Toya and Mt. Yotei view from your room. Room is big, like a suite. Well maintained facilities, generous amenities. No problem to communicate in English, If you have a car, this is the best choice. Last fall, I stayed here and when I planned to come this area again I didn’t even check other hotel. It says everything.”

“Pros: The chalet and surrounding area were better than advertised. Right next to the ski lift and quite comfortable. Cons: Customer service was overwhelmed and made mistakes. Most frustrating was arriving at midnight to find ourselves unable to get into our room even after confirming twice the entry instructions the day prior. After 24 hours of travel, having to wait outside on a cold night until someone let us in was not fun. ”
